◆Get over an ex.   元彼、元かのを忘れる

◆Be more creative.  もっと創造的になる

◆Reduce stress.  ストレスを軽減する

◆Spend less time on SNS     SNSに費やす時間を減らす

◆Learn a new language 新しい外国語を学ぶ
